Dr. Pam Jones, Clinic Owner
Dr. Jones graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. She also has an Associate Degree in Business Management and a Bachelors Degree in Zoology. Prior to purchasing KVH she practiced in Waynesville, Proctorville, Chillicothe, and Flatwoods, KY. She has felt the need to help animals her entire life. She is passionate about providing the best medicine possible for all of her patients. Dr. Jones and her husband Randy share their home with Maggie, the Irish Wolfhound, Simon, the cat, and over 10 horses. When not at work, Dr. Jones can be found showing her Quarter Horses and raising quality foals. Her achievements include Level 1 and Level 2 World Champions, 2nd in the country with one horse, and multiple top 10 finishes with both.
Dr. Kelsi Carlson, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Carlson graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She joined the KVH team in April of 2023. Her interest in improving the human animal bond is what drew her to veterinary medicine. She strives to educate each client that walks through the door to help strengthen this bond. Dr. Carlson and her husband Shaun are the proud pet parents of Swiffer, the perfect angel, Cruiser, the wooly mammoth, and Dyson, the mischief maker. They also have a multitude of house plants. In their spare time, they enjoy kayaking at various state parks and baseball (Go Cubs!) Along with being an exceptional veterinarian, she is also an award winning crocheter. She has won multiple ribbons at the county fair.
